Hampel in Italy on motocross!

Since the Polish winter's are very harsh, it basically prevents from any training on speedway tracks due to the extreme weather conditions. To get back on track as soon as possible, many riders head to Southern Europe. This is what Jarek has done, so on Saturday he went to Italy for an intensive practice on a moto-cross bike! See pictures and hear from Jarek by clicking on: Więcej A few words from Jarek on his training session in Italy: "For three days I train moto-cross here and I feel sensational. Conditions in Italy are very good as it feels almost Spring like. The day's training starts light, then stretching and training on the track. This moto-cross session lasts for around 5 hours with breaks of course. At the beginning, I felt mild fatigue but on the second day everything felt in order. I shall be in Italy until Wednesday and then on Thursday I get back on the speedway track and my bike again with practice in Gorican."
